How to contact a Seller about your Order

If you have questions about your order, the quickest way to resolve your enquiry is to contact a relevant Seller (the small business who made your order). You can do this by following one of the two options below:

  1. Follow this link  where you will find the full list of our sellers and their contact details.
  2. Navigate to the relevant seller you want to contact and there you will find their full conatct details. Please remember to include the order number(s) from your confirmation email when contacting our partner sellers. 

Our Partners will aim to respond to you within 24 hours however we ask for your understanding and patience during these unprecedented times.

Delivery within Ireland

  • Standard Delivery (5-7 working days).
  • You should be able to receive will receive updates from our Sellers and An Post about the progress of your order.
  • If you are out when your parcel arrives a card will be left to inform you that it has been taken to your local An Post delivery office for collection.

Do you offer Express Delivery?

Currently we offer Standard Delivery only, however we are hoping to introduce Express Delivery soon.

What about Click & Collect?

Unfortunately, we do not offer click & Collect as part of our policy.

Can I cancel or amend an order if I change my mind?

  • We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. However, if you do need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible for advice Email: customerservice@evesmarket.online
  • If your order has already been posted for delivery to you by our partner sellers,  then you’ll need to contact the relevant seller  you can find contact details of our sellers here

What happens if an item is damaged or is missing from my order?
