All of Our products are handmade to order. With that in mind, shipping Policy is usually between 4- 8 working days for Ireland and rest of Europe.
Shipping may take up to 10 working days to the UK due to Brexit and all UK customers may inccure further customs charges upon parcel deliver due to Brexit policies.
Refunds are provided that the product item is still in good quality condition upon being returned to us at Spirited Kids Fashion. If the items are no longer in their good quality condition, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund.
Provided that all goods are still in good quality, Our Customers are entitled to a full refund based on cost of goods (excluding shipping costs) if the refund is sought within 28 days of purchase and can offer proof of purchase.
Additional Shipping costs are not subject to be refunded as our courier service charges are not included in the price of our products. Shipping costs are added-on and therefore, together with the customer, we acknowledge that by customer agreeing to purchase our products, they are, in turn, agreeing to pay the additional shipping costs which are separate from the costs of the garment
We will exchange or accept returned or cancelled goods provided that all goods are still in good quality and all product tags are still on, and that there are NO MARKS on the garment and when we do receive the garment, it is within 28 days of purchasing it.
Failure to comply to any of the set Cancellation/Returns/Exchange Policy will unfortunately result in refusal to accept customer cancellation, exchange or returns request
